Who are we looking for?

Bachelor’s degree

5+ years of professional recruiting experience, with at least two years in a supervisory role

The ability to design and implement recruiting strategies.

Understanding of fair employment practices

Working knowledge of US employment law and legislation.

Exceptional work ethic

Exemplary communication skills

Good decision-making skills

Your tasks will be:

Provide leadership, day-to-day supervision and with heavy focus on development of recruiters

Supervise a team of 10-12 recruiters

Drive productivity within the team to meet the "minimum performance expectations

Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media etc.

Screen candidates resumes and job applications.

Conduct interviews using various reliable personnel selection tools/methods to filter candidates within
schedule.

Assess the applicant’s relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.

On-board new employees to become fully integrated. Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.

Provide analytical and well documented reports to the rest of the team. Act as a point of contact and build
influential candidate relationships during the selection process.

Leadership skills in customer satisfaction, vendor relationships, strategic planning, staff development,
quality assurance and process improvement

Strong ability to communicate effectively: verbal and written to co-workers at all levels of the organization

Hold regular departmental meetings to review strategic goals and initiatives

Mentor team members to help progress in their careers, thus creating succession planning

Ongoing training and development of team members to bring them to desired level of performance

Seasoned hands-on leadership, with the ability to motivate while emphasizing collaboration and teamwork.

He/ She must possess initiative and drive, have broad relevant US staffing recruiting knowledge (US Visas,
US employment terms) with good management expertise and have excellent written and verbal
communication skills.
